Refund Policy

Our greatest mission is to provide the best customer service we can possibly offer. Our Refund Policy ensures our customer is safe, secure and confident with there purchase. We provide 30 days money back guarentee on non-defective, undamaged, unused and resalable products. Shipping and handling fees are non-refundable. Product is not eligible for refund after the 30-day refund period has expired.

Our Customer will be responsible for the return shipping cost. All returned products (exchange or Refund) have to obtain a RMA # (Return Merchandise Authorization #) prior to return. Any returned product without a RMA # on package will not be processed.

A full refund can be provided for any defective or misrepresented products within 30 days. There is no restocking fee in this case.

Restocking fee and other fee may apply upon the condition of the returned products.
