Shipping recognise waiting for your online order after it has been made can become frustrating.

To ensure our customers recieve the best service and fast delivery possible we make sure all of our items advertised on this website are in stock and ready for postage. In some very rare cases where we are overwealmed with orders and have sold out of an item, our customers will be contacted and offered either a full refund or given a estimated delivery time for your order. All orders are mostly posted the same day, if your order is made after 3pm your item will be sent the next buisness day from when your order was placed. We use our own express delivery service for orders made within our local delivery region. Orders made outside of our delivery region are sent by Express post (next buisness day delivery) via Australia Post. All items listed on site will have postage and handling fees listed on the checkout or item description. International orders are subjected to a international postage & handling fee and usually recieved within 3-7working days. It is the customers responsibility to ensure there postage address and details are correct as no refunds or reembursements will be given for items sent to the wrong address at the mistake of the customer.
